This was the neighborhood that my parents built their first house. I got to spend all my summers since the age of 13 on Topsail. The village of Stump Sound has some world class amenities. The neighborhood has a clubhouse (for owners), community pool, community beach accesses, bathrooms, tennis courts, and kayak and paddleboard launch.
