Gabrielle Caruolo's Profile

I was born and raised in Western North Carolina near the Tennessee and Georgia borders, where I grew up skiing at Cataloochee and watching my hardworking, middle-class parents serve some of the region’s most beautiful high-end communities. At nine, I found my passion for alpine ski racing, eventually becoming one of the top racers on the East Coast and moving to Colorado to compete at a higher level.

After graduating early, I began working full-time and discovered a genuine interest in real estate. I worked as an Office Marketing Coordinator for a Colorado brokerage, where I learned marketing, client communication, and how to support brokers — skills that continue to shape the way I serve clients today. I later expanded into property management and sales before my husband and I relocated to Wilmington, where we purchased our first home in 2025.

With our roots firmly planted, I pursued my long-time goal of becoming a real estate broker, completed my coursework while working full-time, and passed my licensing exams at the end of 2025. I am now proud to begin my career with 1st Class Real Estate Coastal Choice.

I bring years of marketing experience, strong sales skills, and a ski racer’s drive for precision, efficiency, and results. I look forward to helping my future clients navigate one of the most important decisions of their lives with confidence, clarity, and care.
